What we are thinking and believing directly shapes how we perceive, relate to, and experience ourselves—and the world we live in. This weekend is an opportunity to slow down, to listen deeply, and to question the beliefs that stand in the way of presence and peace in our daily lives.
Together, we’ll explore The Work of Byron Katie—a simple, grounded process of identifying and investigating the thoughts that create the stress, frustration, sadness, and confusion in our world.
If you’re new to this process, you are warmly welcome. You’ll be guided step by step in how to recognize and question stressful thoughts, and you’ll leave with everything you need to continue on your own.
